My local rockhound group isn't planning any 'road trips' soon. If you/your group are planning a site dig anywhere in California in the next few months and wouldn't mind a 'tag-along' (me!), please let me know the details.

I'm an easy-going, retired librarian interested in learning to dig. This last weekend I walked around a sheep ranch in Tehama County and collected some "pretty" jasper, eventhough I didn't really know what i was doing! I'd like to go digging with folks who DO KNOW!!
