I was trying to find locations for rock hunting around old mines and all i could find were mine that they were cleaning up a lot of old mines for safety reasons,so i tried this ,in my search box i typed this rockhounding old mine tailings, and low and behold there they were. A lot of rockhounding locations and the type of minerals and rocks that you will find at these locations..Have Fun.........Rockyone.

I must be getting old,i don`t know if i found a rope or lost my horse.
