In the next week or so I'll be taking a trip out to Columbia Falls, MT. I figure there might be something interesting in NE Washington and NW Montana, but don't know where to look.

I'm already in the habit of looking around any legal creek wash, river, or whatever that I can stop for- any good areas so I don't waste my free time looking in all the wrong places?
