Well, my name is Tom (duh!) and I live in Maple Heights, Ohio. I am a lifelong science fiction fan, and recently sold roughly 6,000 of my science fiction books (I am preparing to move to an apartment). I am a Roman Catholic and am unmarried. I have always been fascinated by "oddball" things, giving me hobbies over my life such as model rocketry, listening to spy messages on shortwave, and tracking my momey on www.wheresgeorge.com, so this one is almost "normal" (I won't hold that against you, though). I am into the internet quite a bit now...I am the foremost poster on the Alternate History Discussion Forum and have my own webpage at tmazanec1.xepher.net so you can look there to get a more detailed idea of me. Oh, and my favorite critter is the mongoose, and my favorite music is "oldies". Anything else? BTW, what is a "new member", "full member". "senior member", etc.?

"oddball" things
Hey, Tom, we're not oddball! We just have rocks in our heads.
tracking my momey
Now, that's odball! Usually it's the momeys tracking us! LOL! Oh, you mean money? Well, forget about having any money to track when you get into this rock tumbling stuff. It will all go for tumblers, grit, rocks, saws and other assorted items rockhounds love and lust for.
Alternate History Discussion - sounds right up my alley. Is there a link to it on your webpage? Shortwave - used to do that too, but can't say I ever listened to any spy messages. Did listen to some folks that I strongly suspected might have been from another planet. although they claimed to be normal - whatever THAT is!
Folks that just sign up are new members, then you graduate to full member after a certain number of posts and then on to senior member. You don't have to be old to be a senior here!
favorite critter is the mongoose, and my favorite music is "oldies
Won't be long and you'll have a favorite rock too!
Welcome aboard. If you are not already into tumbling, this place will definitely give you the "bug" to get that first tumbler. After that, you're hooked and will soon be eligible for the Rockhounds 12 Step Program!

"momey" Yeah, I'm a better speller than I am a typist! "Alternate History Discussion Forum" Yep, it's in my hotlist...first one under "Sideways in Time". The link takes you to the main page, click on "Discussion".

and being a senior member doesn't mean you can even identify a rock much less possess some real rock knowledge - it just means you've asked about 150 questions ;D.
