I was a member of this great forum last summer and fall. By the time the holidays came, I found I had to tutor my 2 darling twin girls in 3rd grade math so I had to set aside my addiction to rock tumbling. We are now back full speed ahead and tumbling 24/7. I use a Raytech Mini-sonic electronic tumbler right now but seriously looking to add to that so I can get more pounds polished. I have collected rocks for years and have loads of great rocks.
I am so glad to be back!

I use a vibe tumbler. I am tumbling an assortment of all different rocks that are Mohs hardness of 8. It should be done in 4 days or so. Now I have to get my digital camera fixed so I can share and you guys can tell me what the hecK I have polished.

Hi Nancy! I just joined the group after been a visitor for a while. This site seems to be just great, I just stop by to say hello to you! I see that you have a vive tumbler, that's nice, they are suposed to be very fast. I have no experience yet with tumbling, I ordered a rotary tumbler that I'm expecting to arrive next week.
