Hi, my name is Gordon and I've taken as much an interest in my 10 year old, Pat's hobby as he has. We've both learned much more about rocks than originally planned. We live in central Pennsylvania, not a lot of natural stuff to tumble. There seems to be gob loads of great info at this site and I'm glad we found it. Thanks ahead of time for any help we get. Hopefully, we'll get to the point that we can return the favor. Have a great holiday season! Gordon

Hi Gordon Hi Pat Welcome to the forum and the world of rocks. I think it's great that you two are getting out into nature together. I can't wait until the snow is gone so I can get back out rock hunting with my daughter and grandkids. My grandson is 9 and he loves it too. Happy Holidays, Cher
