Hi everyone, I have been nuts about rocks since I was a kid Ipicked up the nick name duck bean because I called rounded river rocks duck beans. I have been visiting your board for months as a guest ,and just now registered. It's a great place to find info and it sounds like there's a lot of great folks.

That's a good question! The shop I ordered it from will send me an email when they ship, still no email, and it's getting harder and harder to wait.No more cutting with a dremel or mitre saw with a masonary blade. Got another 30 pounds of rock coming tomorrow but no saw yet.

A lortone8fsc is what I ordered, I just got the word today that it will be here tuesday! Can't wait. I have loads of rock just screaming to be cut, hard to sleep around here with all the noise. I went with Bobrock because my name is Bob surprise, and I couldn't think of anything. if duckbean sounds good to everyone then duckbean it is, I'm an easy going kind of guy

Hey Banjo that's how I always interduce myself, if your going to be a nut a rock nut isn't a bad nut to be. I took a look at some of your rock you were sellin, it would be great to live some where were you could just pick up something like that! Some folks got all the luck.

Hey Duckbean, I've never called river rock "duck beans", but one Christmas I called my sister-in-laws baked beans "rabbit terds". Bad part was, she was standing right behind me when I said it.

Hey Ron where is that nice big round rock , or foot when you need it! When you have a month or two I'll tell you about the times I've done the same thing. Thanks for the welcome T.M. and just wait you'll be getting a saw too if you really got the bug.
