I love this website! I have been a visitor here for about 6 months, but just now got an account lol The information here by everyone has REALLY helped me out with tumbling suggestions and ideas. I really appreciate just how helpful the people are here. Im only on my 3rd batch as of now, but with the info i have gathered here, my 2nd batch was WAY better then my first. Thanks!

Hi Tacomaguy! Can you believe this website is here...AND IT'S FREE? I'm trying to figure out, if we compiled all the knowledge available, just how much would it be worth?
Priceless.

With all the information on this forum/website, the trial and error, the advice from new tumblers to experts, and the time alot of the people put into sharing thier ideas, i'd have to agree with you a 100% Priceless!! Everyday i see something here that just gets me more hooked with our mutal hobby! ( Now i want to plan a trip to that place "Dan" from OR. mentioned, Glass Butte? ) Im pretty new to the whole rockhounding thing, but i KNOW this is gonna be a life long hobby with me. ( Especaily when my daughters get older. They are already collecting rocks for me at the age of 2 and 3 1/2 LOL )

Welcome to the RTH forums!! Good to know you are including the little ones in the hobby, nothing better than getting out in nature with them ... not to mention, they are a lot closer to the ground, they'll see things you miss. ;D

Thanks! Oh the girls like to help, but most of the time they pick up the worst of rocks they can find which i play like is a 30 carat diamond and place in my pocket or bucket lol They do find some NICE rocks though, i figure they will be teaching me before to long... LOL
