;)I have been recently working Minnesota moss agate.I usually grind specimen pieces on the 80 and 180 wheels, then the 120 belt,then into the vibe.I just had a beautifly shaped over 2 pound nodule with hundredes of shallow pits and no amount of grinding or vibing would take them out:I think are the "ends" of mineral inclusion fibers that keep undercutting.So,I put it in the 12 pound Lortone with other stuff in 60/90 for 4 days and the rock is now much smoother!Some times you take a guess and get it right.Mike.
