I have the Genie trim saw attachment. I recently bought a DP replacement blade and wasn't too happy with it. I wrecked it(unintentionally) and replaced it with a MK 303. I cut about a dozen preforms and it was like cutting 1/4" plywood.

Diamond Pacific buys the Trim Saw attachment blade from UKAM and has had problems with them. All their other blades are Barranca (with MK label). I use the 303 blades on all my trim saws and have since before I became a dealer. How did you get an eight inch blade with a 1" arbor hole? Barranca will punch them out on special orders.

I bought the blade from Bombay Bazar. It is listed as 8" MK303 (SPECIAL). Previously I have bought them from ronsrocks (ebay seller) and he had them drilled for me.

Barranca (MK) will do that for free on request. They will also bush blades as requested at no charge.

Hi
I get my "Barranca 303 " from Shawn at the Rockshed , and when ordering say what size of hole I require in the saw , It either comes bushed or pressed to the correct size.
These blades are very good I have used them for 4 to 5 years

I love my 10 inch MK303.It cuts much smoother and quieter than a plated blade.
If you don't already know, a sintered blade needs to be dressed every so often to expose new diamond and so will outlast a plated many times over.Mike.

The 303 is a great blade for sure. They are directional so you have to look for a small arrow on the core. Plated blades can be bought thinner but won't last anywhere near as long. Also never dress a plated blade as it can strip the diamonds off. Barranca has the 303 blades on sale now (10% off) which lowers dealer cost a little and their 297 & 301 blades (30% off). It is a good time to find good deals on blades.
