No offense taken, KD. It's just another type of email. They only let you in through invitation in order to keep spammers out.

Not 100% effective I'd bet, but I haven't gotten 1 spam message in my either of my 2 gmail accounts yet. I get 5 or 6 spams in my regular mail per day.

I use Gmail and also havent had one spam email since - I also like they way the emails to a particular person and the replies are displayed as a staggered converstation so you dont have search through in and out boxes, to see what you have said just can just click the tab to the previous email (stage in the conversation).
