most of y'all have heard about my bad bobo cat but he has taken on an even badder attitude lately. our basset hound bruno often comes in after his walk feeling really frisky and wants to run around tables and jump on furniture. bobo has taken to whipping his butt when he does this. bobo has no claws but he can pop fire with those paws lol. he chased my poor bruno all over reprimanding him and making him holler lol. then today i got the dustbuster vacuum out to clean up some dirt on the kitchen floor and he came out of nowhere and slapped the vacuum out of my hand. i was tickled and retrieved my vacuum and bent back over to finish and he smacked me in the head from the kitchen counter about 4 good whacks. thank goodness he has no claws and that i have a good sense of humor too lol. my grey female cat is the only one who will stand up to him and i have found them standing on 2 legs boxing lately. look like 2 kangaroos. kim

Ha ha , sounds like you have a cat with a big attitude.
I wonder how many times my cats wished they could slap me when I drag out the vacuum cleaner. My three girls are kind of wimpy, though, they just go into hiding for half a day. But the dog...oh now, she is major mischievious.

Ha ha - sounds like he is in charge.
Quote I read somewhere, not sure who said it:
Thousands of years ago, cats were worshipped as gods.Cats have never forgotten this.
Our two cats rule the roost, but I wouldnt be without them, even though they drive me mad.

Cats, I serve and obey! Our Bengals are a trip. To be accurate, we have F1 Foundation Bengals. I had a friend who had toilet trained his Bobcat. I was impressed, and wanted one of the 45lb wonders. We were given these two devils. Ralph is a big wimp, Muffy runs the house. I had a blow up with my tumbler using cornmeal as filler in an experiment. We had to retexture the house. At ten months old, Muffy came out of retreat, attacked the aircompressor and actually won! We had to put her in a cage for the time. With exotic cats, they look so cute and fuzzy when they are young. One thing you learn, they are cute and then they eat the dog! Servals, F1 Bengals, Bobcats, they are wonderful pets if you do not mind reconstructing the house for them! Our Bengals can leap 12ft straight up! In the wild they leap up and catch birds. When my wife is in the bath, they jump in and they help when we do the dishes. We came home about a year ago from our shop, and there was blood on the wall! Our Schnauser Roscoe was in the closet whimpering and covered with blood! We had to lock him in the closet when we went out with two bags of Sacrete. We would come home and the bags would be moved with claw marks ripping the bags open. We finally found an older lady who loved Roscoe and adopted him. It was sad but, we couldn't find anyone who was not scared of our cats. We are glad we kept them. They are clean, very interesting, and they help us make jewelery for our shop! Ralph and Muffy are about two years old, and still growing! They eat Kitten chow, especially Walmart brand. They eat about ten pounds every two weeks. We learned lessons about that also! I used to think Yuppies were too lame to want Bengals with the sorrel colouring. Now that we have lived with the real deal, F1, we have come to understand why! I have two bite marks from Ralph, who is my cat. The puncture on my right hand goes all the way through from the back to the palm! Their heads and paws are getting bigger again. Another growth spurt coming! They are one master cats. Or rather, one servant cats. Ralph only sits with me, Muffy only sits with Jenne. If I touch Muffy, she crys and stiffens up. Ralph will accidently sit on Jenne's lap if she is on his chair. He will wake up suddenly, hiss, look betrayed and run to my lap. They are both spotted all the way through. If I can get my old computer back up, I have pictures of both of them. They are huge in comparison to house cats. We had to go to a cordles phone. When Jenne would call our suppliers, they would bite the phone cord and tear it out of the wall. We are getting used to each other now and they are sitting near me. Right now all is quiet. They will always be feral, and this is their house. We took them to a vet to go to Los Angeles last year. We told the vet they were F1 Bengals. He looked at us like we were stupid. Ralph and Muffy took out four vetinary assistants in training! We warned them. We really did. When we got Ralph and Muffy back from the vets secret room, we saw the four young assistants in training getting bandaged up. One needed stitches. They are the most beautiful cats I have seen. They are water cats and have fur like minks with spots instead of stripes. Very long toes and claws, and their mouths are longer than house cats, like a wolf compared to a dog. The puncture marks on my hand are 1.5 inches across. They have been with us all their lives. They do not like other people. Ralph will sit and watch me all day long from his perches. They do not meow. They chirp like cougars. Our house leopards run the house and keep us in line. When we go to the shop, they have seperation anxiety and destroy the house! Ralph knocked over the computer the other day when I was not paying attention to him. He just pushed it over from inside the cubby it is in. He has also learned to turn on the printer and push the cleaning button and feed paper. It was funny and cute at first, it has gotten real old and we have had to make other arrangements with the printer. I am literally building this house to compensate for the cats. They will tear an hole through an hollow door if they want to get into the room. Even if it takes all day. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

They are high maintenance, but, I wouldn't part with them for anything. Just when we relax and think they are tabbys, they teach us a lesson on constant vigilance. As soon as I can get my old puter going, I am going to send the pics to Rosebud for posting. They are very large and totally cool.
