I am curious, has there been any information on any changes from the earthquake that caused the tsunami? I know the night it happened, within a fairly short period of time, we had a tremendous downburst. It blew out the pilot light in the water heater and did tree limb damage. I have heard, the pole shifted 4cm. I have noticed lower than normal temperatures for our area. Have any ocean currents been redirected from the earthquake? I would have to imagine, the earth would stabilize fairly quickly. I was amazed when I saw creatures that were brought up from the canyons by the tsunami and left on land by the wave receding. The photos I saw, some of these fish would never see sunlight under normal conditions. Human loss and suffering aside, and land mass changes, has there been any other effects?

according to this article, it really didn't do much to affect the planet: www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/science/12/29/quake.wobble.reut/but i remember seeing some virtual model on the tube that showed the effects of the wave all around the world. i know our weather isn't normal here, and it seems a lot of folks are having weird weather this season, but not sure if it's related to the earthquake. I have been noticing a lot of little things not quite like they used to be also. It will be interesting to watch things progress.
