Well last week I went to price a new shaft for my slab saw and they said it will cost around $200.00 to make. Ouch! But, I thought "you know it is getting warmer and it's time to slab." So, I was going to have them make one. Then.....Fuel started to pour out around the motor. I have a Dodge truck with the cummins diesel engine. If you know anything about the cummins motor it is a very reliable motor and cost a hell alot to buy parts. Well the fuel pump went out in it and grand total price for pump and labor......$1800.00 yee haa! Well looks like the shaft is going to have to wait now. Boo Hoo.
