Did any of you know that you can set it up so you are notified when you get a private message? I just found this while doing a little house cleaning in my private messages. There's a link on the right side at the top that says "Preferences" (little hammer icon next to it). You can select to receive an email notification when you get a private message or have an alert box notification. The alert box is a little message that pops up in a small window when you come to the forum. Pretty cool ... I likey!!
(Hoping I wasn't the last to notice this option *smile*)

Cool beans. I checked for both e-mail, and notification. Now if only we could get e-mails when a post we respond to gets responded to. I keep getting lost.
That is Mark's fault. Andy had us set up to get e-mails. I liked that a lot better.

You know, I am really surprised that they don't have that option available. I didn't use it often but once in awhile it was nice.

I relied on it. I get so lost. Sometimes I write to a post to help, and I want to follow through. I have so much work at the shop I forget to eat let alone which posting I responded to. It was crucial to me.
When Andy was assimilated by the Mark person, things changed. Next thing you know, they will be using a send back program to record what is happening in our rooms.
It is the electricals. The more frustrated we get, the more of a battery we become to THEM!
