Would you like people to like you? Have you found it hard making friends in your area? Do you wear black all the time and blame everyone else for your problems? Are you an outcast at school/work and can’t figure out why? Well then I am here for you. I can help you make friends and be the life of the party. And for those of us who aren’t in school anymore, I just might be able to land you that promotion/raise you’ve been hoping for.
First take this little test, it will determine your likeability factor:
You may need a sheet of paper to keep track of your answers.
Directions: Keep track of the answers that represent how often these statements are true for you. Be honest, but don’t be too hard on yourself. For the most accurate score, take the quiz and have a good friend or significant other take the quiz on YOUR BEHALF, then average that score with your own.

Ok, add your scores, like if you answered never for three questions you would get 3 and so on. Then multiply those answers following this chart: never x 0; rarely x 2; sometimes x 5; frequently x 7; always x 10 (i.e. if you answered rarely for three questions you would get 6), and add the five sums that you get, that is your Likeability score.
Now, test your Unlikeability:
Same as before:
1. There are times when I am not completely honest with people.
a. never b. rarely c. sometimes d. frequently e. always
2. Others have said they think I am self-centered.
a. never b. rarely c. sometimes d. frequently e. always
3. People ask me why I don’t laugh or smile more.
a. never b. rarely c. sometimes d. frequently e. always
4. I lose my temper.

9. I have conflict inside that probably shows.
a. never b. rarely c. sometimes d. frequently e. always
10. I talk more than I listen.
a. never b. rarely c. sometimes d. frequently e. always
Now same as before, add your scores, like if you answered never for three questions you would get three and so on. Then multiply those answers following this chart: never x 0; rarely x 2; sometimes x 5; frequently x 7; always x 10 (i.e. if you answered rarely for three questions you would get 6), and add the five sums that you get, that is your Likeability score.
Now, to get your total score:
Likeability score minus Unlikeability score equals total score (L__ - U__ =__ ).
9-10: You easily win over all people
5-8.9: You’re much more likeable than most
2-4.9: Your likeability is average to above average; plenty of room for improvement
Less than 2: You might have relationship difficulties due to you low Likeability-factor. I have strategies to help this but:
If anyone is interested I can post some easy things to boost your likeability. But when I look at most of my threads, they don’t get much of a turnout. So, according to how this goes, I will or will not help more. You don’t have to post your scores, just do the test and decide for yourself. You can pm me and request more help too I guess.
One easy thing that you can do is to look at words like “never,” “awful,” “stupid,” “can’t,” “won’t,” and my personal favorite “hate” as profanity. Once you do that, then when one of those words tries to pass your lips in public, at school or work you can think “I wouldn’t drop an f-bomber here, I can’t drop the c-word here either”. It’s just something that has helped me. Anyway, most people stopped reading this thread ages ago.
