Just curious if any of you noticed that the "This is Me" thread was cleaned of it's parasitic negative posts? MMMM, kind of interesting.
I was just wondering if there was some kind of statement from the mods I missed. Why did it happen now, and not at the time of infraction? No big deal, I just found it a bit odd.

OK, so I missed the "statement". Just curious what the statement was and where it was posted and what the responses were. Did that get deleted too?

Gaetz, Mark made a post in that thread a few days back, asking if we wanted it cleaned up or left as is, said either one was fine with him. A pile of us (including me) responded, and I believe unanimously said clean it up, get rid of the crap. So he did (and that included his query).

Yes, he asked if we would prefer it to be a picture only post and those of us who answered (me included) said yes, please clean out the garbage. It wasn't just the negative stuff, it was all the posts in between, made it pretty hard to even find the pics. Mark's very good about allowing things here, he doesn't mess with posts unless he's been asked too.

Oh, that makes sense. I feel better now. Man, I must be worse than the little ol' lady next door that's always peeking out the blinds to see what's going on w/ the neighbors. LOL,

LOL Gaeter, is that a "man thing" or what? For years I've heard it referred to as the nosey little old lady next door but I'm here to tell you, my hubby, my neighbor's husband and my brother in law are some of the nosiest people I know. *smile* Always lookin out the door, up the street to see who's getting what or whatever. I tease my hubby that he knows exactly who everyone is in town who gets a pizza delivered. (he doesn't really but it's a good little jab.)

Hmmmm I think Men are much nosier and gossipier than women- we just pretend we arn't- Oh and Gaetz- you really did miss a good bit of bickering- But all was well and I think we all learned a lesson
