Well, it's fall in Calif. My trees are starting to get their fall colors-I'll have pics of those in a few days-but I just love it when these guys start to bloom. Enjoy, Ed

that is my favorite flower!! so...alien looking...not of this earth kinda thing. ok, so we don't get much tropical flora around here either....
imagine my surprise on a trip to San Diego, these things were common as muck, used as fill in landscaping at shopping malls and divided highways.
