I am a vet from in between Korea & Nam...Cuban Crisis was our big thing for a while...

I am reading a book called "The Girl Watchers Club" Lessons from the battlefield of Life...by Harry Stein...

It's about vets from the two theater's of war how it changed their lives and the contrast of todays younger generation...A fun book to read for all ages...both genders will come away with a good feeling of a good read...

some off color jokes but nothing I haven't seen on the net...your public libary should have a copy...it is well worth the time...

It's basically the exact same thing but in classic Canadian P.C. form, we have a nice euphamistic name for it. I guess this allows for ammendments to be made to "what" we are currently "remembering" while keeping up the sombre mood but without sounding too harsh. Good ol' non-confrontational Canada eh!

It's not your fault that you happen to have an arsehole running your country at the moment and your military is kick-ass and just following orders from a corrupt source. I find the same percent of actual American people I meet are nice or jerks as here in B.C.
