i talked to pho on the phone and his doctor says he has a rare form of hepatitis. he said the doctor said there is nothing that can be done for it but they will be doing some more testing to see the extent of the damge. he is feeling very positive about it.
his eye surgery is scheduled for feb 22nd for the left eye and then 3 weeks afterward they will do the right eye. the doctor told him he would be miserable until they could get the 2nd eye done because there would be such a difference in the focus between the 2 eyes.
keep him in your prayers. he is taking a break from the board but hopefully he will be back with us soon. we love you pho!

Not sure how i missed this thread -- i just replied to the other one that said you were back. Sorry to hear of the health issues -- if there is anything you need, let me know. I am not that far away and would be glad to help. If your health issues bring you to Houston, let me know--perhaps we can hook up, talk rocks and go drool over Jeanne's Rock shop. Take care.
