just had to brag a little bit, hope y'all don't mind. the February issue of WIRED magazine (which just came out in the newstands) makes mention of and has my hubby's photo in it in the article entitled "Geeks in Toyland". it's about robotics and Lego, so it's not to everyones taste.... (yes, he's an engineer AND a geek, but i love him anyway.) here is the article online (for some reason, you can't just click this link, do a cut and paste): www.wired.com/news/technology/0,69946-0.html if you click on the thumbnails, his photo is image 7 of 7. the magazine itself, if you ever get a chance to browse a copy is fairly interesting (in a geeky sort of way, lol). but it has the new electronics stuff, music, architecture, all sorts of cool stuff. anyway, thanks for letting me ramble, KD

well glad theres more legomaniacs out there, me and my lady are crazy brick demons with hundreds of sets and more pieces than we can even begin to count. good news for the new mindstorms, ive been trying to get the sets i missed but havent had the cash to spend on anything other than medical bills as of late.
they do make the best 4 am cant sleep need somethign to focus the mind on toy though (quieter than the wheel and cabbing machines)

Wonderful article, he sounds deserving of your love. Congratz to hubby and you for finding him.
Most people don't consider it bragging when you can back it up.

Sweet! That's really cool, about 30 or more years ago or more (I'm old) my dad's name was mentioned in Popular mechanics. I sure wish that I had a copy, but I didn't think of saving one at that age. Now the only thing with his name on it is his social security check. ;D

How exciting KD!!! Congrats to John and everyone else who was mentioned.
I have to ask... how many truck loads of lego were delivered to your door?

That is awesome! I love Wired magazine, but I'm not cool enough to get a article published about me or my work in there, so I'll just enjoy reading about other cool people and projects instead.
