LOL that's just cool wish it would have snowed longer for you to enjoy it. It's been snowing here for that past couple of days way tooo much, I have to shovel again but at least it's nice and fluffy.

Kim - That snow you chased out of Miss. is up here (Conn.) now, 10" - 16" expected by the time it stops Sunday afternoon. The bulbs have been coming up for weeks now, this oughta help get them back on schedule.

No, No snow in central Miss. I called upon a Choctaw shaman and he did a "No Snow Dance" and I guess it worked. Only snow I care to see is on a Christmas card.
Glad you pushed it further north.

We usually get buried by any Nor'easters that come up the coast, but this one missed us. We got.... MAYBE... two or three inches of snow.
We've had a very mild winter so far this year. Hopefully our luck will continue to hold until late March.

Just finished shoveling 19" - 21". Time now for more Advil, hot soup, Pebble Beach and Italian Alps. And it's still snowing.

rich go get us a picture! what do you do with it when you shovel it? blows my mind. if we had that kind of snow there wouldn't be any reason for shoveling. nothing would be open anyway so you wouldn't have any reason to go anywhere.

Kim - You just shovel it to the side and pile it up - driveway, walks, steps. At least we don't have to do the roof around here. And it helps to knock heavy snow off all the ornamental shrubs so they don't get messed up or broken. There's a full size pick-up under there . . . Found some of it . . . (Don't know why 2nd pic doesn't load completely - looks fine on Photobucket) Rich

i am so glad i didn't have any coke in my mouth when i saw that lol. nope i've never, ever lost a vehicle under snow. come to think of it i don't even think i've ever lost my water hose to snow. no doubt we'd be inside drinking hot chocolate and eating beans until that went away. what do your animals do in that? do you have to go shovel them a place to go to the bathroom? do y'all have to go to work when it does that? if 3 blades of grass get covered here, they announce it on the radio that everything is shutting down.

I'm sure glad we haven't gotten that much at one time this year, I've had to shovel enough. Although, I think I'd rather have a bit of snow than the below zero temps we're getting now, windchill is -30° below, freeze ya real fast if you have to be out for any length of time. They got about 10 inches down in Iowa where my daughter lives, closed all the schools and stuff. I thought that was pretty funny.
