Ahhh I remember my days of snowmobiling. I was much younger and much more flexible then and for some reason the bumps didn't hurt.

Beautiful scenery Ron, but just way too damn cold for me. I'll take the Calif coast anyday.

Hey, Ron - That looks like way too much fun. We haven't had any precipitation in so long, I forgot what it's like. There isn't even snow in the mountains this year! It's been warm enough that I was able to turn my heat off last week. S PS: Where's your 4-legger? My dogs would kill me if I went on an excursion without them.

Is that what real snow looks like (from a dumb Californian)? We had a bit (tiny bit) of snow on the ridge above our house a couple of weeks ago. The kids had a blast making snowballs and hurling them at me! Cal

Cool ride!!!! I just saw on the news that NYS has impossed a speedlimit on all Public snowmobil trails- 25 MPH!!!!!! Gosh I do miss it- but with all our new regulations- well they are taking the fun out of it (all cause some yo-yo killed themselves at 80 MPH)

Hey Stefan, you're right about that! I stopped into the local clubs clubhouse on the way back home Saturday. There were two guys who complained becuase they didn't have any beer for sale. Ya'll know, I like beer as much as the next guy, but I'd rather wait till my ride is over with. Then we can all drink as much beer as we want and nobody gets hurt. Just had another guy hit a tree head on. They removed his remains, and his buddies walked off and left their snowmobiles, they didn't want them anymore. Problem was, from the damage done, he must have doing at least 80 mph.
We just try to keep to the weekdays, and I'm in no hurry. Got nowhere to be! Like everything else, it's as fun and safe as you want it to be.

Yea that was what happened here- Some Ya hoo (actually I know the guys family- he was a good guy- just got into the hard stuff too often) was flying through a feild- had to have been doing 80- missed the trail entrance and smacked a tree- Nice thing was his wife was first on the scene (pregnate with twins) got to watch her hubby die- not fun- I loved trail riding- just a day spent zipping along- seeing the wonder of the woods in the winter- But around here It started to be see how fast you can get from bar to bar- Oh well- please have fun and be safe!
