Two responses for my questionable answers:
38% Dixie. You are definitely a Yankee.
and then
76% Dixie. Your neck must be a little pink.
Mom is a Yankee, Dad is a Rebel. I guess I take after them both...

43% Dixie. Barely in Yankeedom.
There were a few questions which didn't have my word(s) for certain things. For example the night before Halloween, We call "Mat night". There were a few others.
So the number above isn't really accurate

That one was different for me too Alice, where I grew up it was "Gate Night" and where I live now it's "Fox Night".

I had an odd upbringing. I was raised by my mom and stepdad. My stepdad grew up on a farm in Oklahoma but raised us on the beach in California! I'll bet I was the only surfer kid who had biscuits and gravy before he went out, and fried Okra for dinner!

PS "Going out" (went out) surfer term for going surfing as in, "Dude, you goin' out today?" common reply, "Totally, look at those gnarly lefts!"
Kinda miss the beach! (but not the pollution)

40% Dixie. Definitely a Yankee. Funny I scored so high on the Dixie scale, as my known ancestors date back to the 1600's, and there's not a southerner among them.

52% Dixie. It fits, born in Atlanta, raised all over, especially in Ohio and Michigan.

88% Dixie. Do you still use Confederate money?
but i'm knowing that the truth is i'm 100% dixie born and raised so they have created a bogus test that does not reflect true southern answers. that frontage, access road thing was a trick question - we have either paved, gravel, or dirt roads or you can cut straight across a field if it's dry. and that bug that rolls in a ball southerners call a roly-poly not a doodlebug - i've never heard it called otherwise. we drive through the BEER barn to get beer - clearly on the sign "beer barn" - licker is at the licker store.

24% Dixie. You are a Yankee Doodle Dandy.
Considering I am a true Seattleite (born and raised, never lived anywhere else in the US at least)... well lets just say I think thats rather sad that you have to be either a yank or a dixie. Oh well. Besides, a bunch of those were like, can I do multiples here? Soda, Pop, Soft Drink... yup, all three :/

You can't read too much into this - it's a for fun test. Try this: Go back through it and change just one answer at a time to see how the final rating changes.
