As some of you know my wife Dru has been fighting Myeloma, bone cancer, for slightly over a year by chemotherapy and other drugs including Thalidomide. This past Tues. she starting feeling pretty poorly and I took her to the Emergency room. They discovered that her kidneys had completely shut down and her cancer had flared back up.
They have restore limited use of her kidneys, their still trying to get them back completely. After they restore the kidney use they'll start to combat the cancer again.
My thanks, for all of your prayers, good wishes and good thoughts.
Her condition has been upgraded to serious and we are beginning to see improvement all round. This lady has been with me for 46 years and I need her around for a bunch more. Please keep up your good thoughts and prayers.
My heartfelt thanks to all,
Pete

I was not previously aware of anything you and your wife have been going through. I really hope that things improve for you two. I have been through the home dialysis route with my mother, and just giving 24-hour care in general. If you need to talk, give me a line.

When the Lord hears as many prayers for one person as we are sending up for Dru, there is no way he can not hear us and help Dru. Be strong Pete but watch yourself so you can be there for her! No use in both of you being down. Adding you to another prayer list can only do great things.

Yeah Pete! We are still here and thinking of you. We believe Dru will be OK. She will.

Dru and Drupe, none of us here has stopped thinking about you. Also, remember that I've been through dialysis with my mother. Talk anytime you want.
