Happy birthday bro! Chicken Enchilada soup, a great remedy for hangovers. Really any rich food, and lots of Gatorade and Advil! (or just start over again with the hair o' the dog!)
Hope it was a goodie!

Here in New Mexico we eat Menudo the day after a birthday...boiled cow intestine, red chile, posole with a squeeze of lime, dash of oregano and raw onion. It works wonders for a hangover, expecially if consumed with an ice cold Corona! ;D S

All the Mexican fellows I used to work with in construction used to swear by Menudo too, never had it. I do like chorizo and eggs though! Chorizo is probably intestines and then some other stuff you probably wouldn't want to eat, honestly I was reading the ingredients at the market once and stopped half way!
