I'd like to chime in too Cher. Everybody is right. Except no face to face. But, what you can do is start by talking to all your neighbors. One by one. Get them to also video the fool. The more of you that are calling and doumenting the better. And yes, every single time that the kid gets on that machine call Social Services. Every time! You won't even have to give your name. Just give them the particulars. If you have a wireless phone call from your front porch so the person on the other end of the line can hear the machine. It won't be long before the machine is locked up and maybe the father too! But, at least the kid will be taken out of a dangerous situation! Also tell D.S.S. that the younger brother rides it too. They really need to know that. Get the kids out of that situation BEFORE Darwins Theory kicks in. And it will. Those machines are responsible for more organ doners than cars!!
