Thought I'd post a pic of our new place here in Utah. We've been here for over almost 2 months now, and are all pretty much settled in. Haven't had much time to post any pics, but will try to get something posted. Here's also a pic of a display cabinet a local rock shop gave me. It came out of Leadville Colorado in the 30's and I was happy to take it off his hands. I really love the new house, the neighborhood, and just being Home again. Utah is a great place! Steve

Wow, nice house Steve. So are those big rocks in front just resting til they hit the saw? The display case is cool too. A little refinishing and maybe a few Amythest Cathedrals and you'll be set. Are those glass insulators in there now?

Glad I wasn't the only one eyeballing those rocks in front. Great looking place, Steve. I'm glad Utah makes you happy. It looks like a beautiful place. And that display case is too cool. Fill that puppy up.

Stevo-
Nice Digs you've got there my man. Did you buy that house........I thought you were in an apt while you were looking things over? Remember, you've got an open invitation for burgers at my house!!!! Looks like it didn't take you guys too long to make your new house a home.
Good job dude,

Wow! What a gorgeous new home! What made you decide to move and locate there? Seems only fitting that you would have a house with rocks for accent! Congrats! Enjoy your new home and location.

Thanks guys! You made me feel all warm and fuzzy...thanks for the compliments. There's only a few rocks in that yard that I want to cut open....especially that big round one up front. That's my Pet Wood from Hampton Butte. Stoner..yes, those are bottle, insulators and a few rocks in the display case. All of the glass was found by my brother and I, and the oldest bottle has a dated label on it still...1893. I agree, need to fill that case up...and I can't waitt to do so. Gaetz...still going to take you up on that Burger offer. Just need to find some time. You're always welcome here as well. Thanks again everyone. Steve

Wow what a beautiful house, were you transferred to Utah? I remember you posting about moving but forget the reason. And you have a bottle with a label still on it 113 years old, how cool is that!! Oh I like bacon cheeseburgers ... no KMP. *smile*

what the heck...I know it's not rocks but here you go Cher. I wasn't transferred, but I did get an offer from my old employer that was hard to refuse. We can do the bacon cheeseburger, and we'll even do it your way! no KMP! Just bring some of your Lakers and we'll be happy. Steve

Kimi-
Shhhhhhhh, I thought we had an agreement. Steve's got a few teenage daughters and a lot more to worry about than me sneaking around his yard at night.....LOL.

hahahah...just try it Gaetz! I am especially cautious with a beautiful teenage daughter...nothing, and especially a male specimen, is going to be sneaking around my yard without me knowing or seeing him. Steve

Wow! Nice house Steve!!! We just moved into our new house, and we're no where near settled in yet. But we do have places to sit (that's all that counts right? )
