Thought I'd share a picture of our new house (just like Steve did). We're no where near settled in though.

Thanks LCARS & AgateChaser Rich I wish that was a shed. That's the back of a house (Back door neighbor, diagonally). It does look like a shed from that angle though, doesn't it. Here's what it looks like from an upstairs window in the back).

Thanks Cher. You better belive I can't wait to get it all over with. I have boxes here, there, and everywhere, along with things out of the boxes just sitting in corners and on shelves to keep them out of the way. Pictures look funny because I just hung them up on nails that were just left there by the pervious owners. Looks real awkward LOL. But we do have places to sit (that's all that counts right? ). I did get a chance to expand on an exisiting garden though (where my white bird feeder is). Still has quite a bit of tweeking, but it's getting there. Just needs to stop raining (Been raining for nearly 2 weeks) before I can plant more flowers and work on the edging.

Nice! Nice brick, siding, windows and trim. Is it an old house that looks new or is it a new house in the Victorian style?

Thanks Karen, Joe & Baz
Baz, it's a fairly new house (built in Fall 1999). They still buid these models in the new developments, but for a much higher price (Don't ask me why they're so much more to build then any other regular house)

Congrats Alice, that is a really nice looking house. Hey agatechaser, I checked the picture out very closely, and I couldn't see any worms!!!
Here in the Bay Area that's about a $900k house.

Alice- I don't see too much room for your backyard skating rink. What gives? I thought all Canadians, especially those in Quebec, have their own rinks? LOL. Love the house and hope you get settled in soon. gaetz

Nice house! Congradulations. It looks very inviting and cozy, especially that front porch. You don't need a shed as long as you don't plan on putting the car in that garage. BTW, I don't get the thing about the worm. It doesn't look like a worm to me. It looks like a pretty house. Steve

Thanks everybody Gaetz There is room for a skating rink back there, but there's a tree in the way I'd have to cut the tree down and squeeze the rink between the hedges and the deck. But why build a rink when there's a park about a block away where they set up a rink every year? Guess the way I'm taking pictures just makes things look smaller then they actually are Here's the back yard (taken from the corner of the house, not the property line) here's our deck from the grass
