Here's another darlin, I caught this little green tree snake in an old lady's kitchen today. I let Harlie play with it for a while and then she gave it a new home in my back yard. Ain't he cute? ;D

I agree, that's a terrible toy to give your little girl. Love the bun buns though, get some carrots and put them in the back yard, they will love you.

Everyone has multiple rabbits in their yards here. We've got adults, half-growns, and tiny babies. I can't let the dogs out until I first go out and do a 'bunny patrol' around the yard. It is a MESS if one of the girl Weims catches a rabbit, the fleas, the blood and guts, the tug of wars----it ain't prety!!

Let me guess - you posted the bunnies so you could post the snake! Now would I do that?? ;D I agree, that's a terrible toy to give your little girl. Love the bun buns though. Now now darlin, you know that I'd never put my kids in any danger. Here's Amanda in her younger days, it seems like yesterday. She's 17 now, where does time go??? .........

for some reason..snakes seem to be popping up everywhere lately...beautiful pics of your daughters...i still play with the green snakes...and king snakes...but i cannot convince my son..to put his hands on 1...he just remembers me being in the hospital from the cottonmouth...and calls me crazy for touching any snake.
nice pics of the bunnies also......we have a few around...it is so cool to watch the little ones follow mama around.

King snakes are great, I had two Eastern kingsnakes a few years ago. They make awesome pets.

There's nothing wrong with snakes! It wasn't a successful vacation for my daughter when she was 5 or 6 unless she could be holding a frog in each hand with several more jumping around her feet. We found a snake once (a red-bellied snake (?) about a foot long, in upper MI), and she thought it was great fun letting it crawl on her arms and hands. She thought it especially funny when it stuck its tongue out to sniff the air.

Boa's are great aren't they? I had two of them (including the big one in the pic) for about 6 years. They were both over ten feet long when I gave them to a friend. The cage took up too much room. Both snakes loved to be handled.

Sorry darlin' unfortunately there's just no way to keep them from growing up. Load your shotgun with rocksalt and pepper, might help keep the boys away for a day or two. *smile*
