Coming home from work tonight about 11:30 PM and heard a funny thumping sound. I knew I had a flat tire, but luckily was only 2 miles from home. I stopped to get out and check and this is what I found! The tire has not gone flat, the wrench seems to be just under the tread. Anybody got Ripley's address?

How the he.. ?? It IS really weird what you can pick up on the road at nite. Please make sure there isn't a mechanic stuck in the rear wheel!

hahaha i been havein a tough time with tires myself i just got one plugged yesterday had a homemade nail in it about 4 inches long and atleast 1/4 inch wide looks like a railroad spike with a big head on it only smaller hahaha ill take a pic of it i got the guy to save it for me for a laugh
glad all is ok it coulda turned out worse so you where lucky

Call the tire manufacturer. You should get one new tire out of thta at least - maybe all 4.

Yours is definitely weirder than my wrench-in-tire experience, although I do wonder how a wrench bigger than my tire fit in there...
