I mailed the rock puzzles to Jimmy (the real winnerLOL) and Kim (the bridesmaid LOL) . What I didn't send them were the solutions!!I also deleted the photo's and solutions from the original posting so they couldn't cheat. Jimmy will make out pretty good but poor Kim!!! Kim's puzzle is the most difficult puzzle I ever made and that's why I still had it here. It's made out of a solid colored slab with no pattern. If you think I'm kidding about how hard they are to do make one out of a solid colored slab with NO pattern. Don't forget to trace it before you polish it but don't look at the solution when you're trying to do the puzzle. Good luck buddy and buddette !! Tom

Stefan I never did anything like that when I was a kid but when I got all growed up,,,,,,,,,,,,,, After my wife and I got married I used to rip the last page out of every novel she read. I would later barter with her for something "special" !! I also used to put a small rubber band around the spray hose on the kitchen sink!!That got some real nast results!! But,,,,,I was never an imp when I was a kid,,,,,,Honest!! Jack, I wish I had another puzzle for you.Maybe I'll start smashing a few slabs tomorrow and see if they end up puzzle material or tumbler bound!! LOL Tom

Tom, you rascal! LOL No seriously, way to go! Hey, I've been sitting around here at -51º F thinking (i know, thats dangerous) about those puzzle slabs. Things break pretty easily at these temps and rock is no exception. If I had any slabs here, i'd set one outside for a couple of hours and then give it a try. Have you tried anything like that before? Might even give DRY ICE a try, as that would get the rock even colder. I'm thinking no little chips using this method, but not realy sure. It may even break into smaller pieces(??). Jimmy

John, Now I have to come up with something that won't be "solved" so easily!! Roger, I made it and had one heck of a time solving it.Kim must be pretty darn sharp! Thanks all,,, Tom
