Well, there has been a lot of interest in trip photos in general so I'll post some. 1st set of picts are of our Memorial Day trip to Bryce Canyon National Park in south-central Utah (this is where I scored the nice petrified wood for $2.50 per) Stunning views and great contrast between green conifers and orange pinnacles A shot of me on an escarpment at 9,355 feet above sea level. Wind gusts reached 60 mph as it hit the top of the escarpment. It was hard to stand there actually... Dillon and Chloe on our hike Daughter Rainey posing Dillon and me near old log and tumbling stream When we got done hiking and returned to the parking lot, there was this oddity......No wonder holiday travel is such a mess...LOL Here are my nieces and 2 daughters in their new sweatshirts...what a truckload. My new little guy, Maddux, taking a well deserved tub in the sink of the camper Hope you like 'em. Gaetz

As for the nieces, there's a couple more not pictured......and the nephews...holy freaking cow we'd need a dual-axle flatbed to put all of them on....lol.
All-in-all I think I've got some 30 nieces/nephews on my wife's side. She has 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Some have been married twice and have children w/ both spouse's.....(now we're not talking polygamy here, they are divorced.....LOL)

Fantastic pix! A trip to Utah parks has long been on my wish list, as I'm fascinated with the canyon and desert country of the southwest. Tough trip to plan though, the high elevations of Bryce make something like May or June most appealing, while the low country sounds like a winter visit. Tough to plan around school, with school breaks coming in March and July/August. As a fan of trees, I'd love to see the ancient bristlecones in the high country of Bryce. Will make it someday, thanks for the pics in the meantime.

Beautiful family!! Your little guy is so cute in the sink! There is just something about washing babies in the sink that just puts a smile on my face!! You don't see that much anymore...but that is how we all got washed as kids!! My son loves it since he is eye level instead of looking up at me.

That is some excellent scenery you have there. Looks like a great trip but gosh that's a lot of kids! As long as you can keep them from fighting.

Awesome pics, poor Dillon and Maddux are kind of out-numbered aren't they. ;D Quite a crowd Gaetz, nice to see family getting together like that.

Cher-
I don't feel they're outnumbered, just a lot of willing babysitters while I go rockhunting....he, he.
