Well we decided to move - a few streets further away from the current house. The first day the sign was put up (Tuesday) we got a call for a visit the next day! - Negotiations started and a few days later - it's sold! I can,t believe it - we dropped our price a bit as the date suited us fine - and I can't believe it's happened! OMG I wasn't expecting it to happen so quickly! We could have held out for a little more money but in the end if we waited a few more months for the extra money, the date would have been later - already we're talking end of September, the kids would only need to travel to the other school for about a month, then we can get rid of the rusty, broken second car & walk to school with the kids. I'm very relieved - I hate having people visiting ... sigh - it's DONE! Now more expenses, shopping for curtains & appliances....

Actually we're only about 1/2 km away from where we live now - just a bit further away from the clubs, but walking distance to school & I can still take my bike to work when the weather is nice - but it's still 20 Km away and the end is uphill
