Hot down here in Texas too. Not used to working outside in the heat anymore. Gonna be a long summer I think.

Well out here in Calif we have mostly cloudy skies and it's 68 degrees. But this is unusual(thank you Lord) and it will be back up into the mid 80's by Thurs or Friday. Grab yourself something cold to drink Joe. As a matter of fact, I think I'll start a new post with a really nice refreshing drink mix.

Ugh - it's been 100+ for the past three weeks. And then this week they had to go and add humidity!
*grumble*

It was in the mid 70's here today, beautiful day even though two days ago we had frost. I can't handle it when the heat gets over 75° with the humidity. I'd die without my A/C.

It's 103 at 4 pm. Life as I know it is over. My very substance is evaporating away. I'm like a Cheshire Joe, down to two fingers that are typing. Please send a cloud!

Um, but you're acclimated to heat! Yeah, that's it. You're accustomed to high temps while us Northern Colorado folks have thick blood for putting up with 20 below in the winter. There's no way my blood can thin out quick enough to accept this cosmic onslaught. (sticks tongue out at Akansan and makes rasberry sound!) No Kim no... Those southern mosquitos just love thick northern blood! The post office has been alerted to intercept the package. On second thought, all our skeeters are infected with west nile virus. maybe yours would help. And it's 84 degrees out at 10:30pm. Yucch.

It's over for now. Last nite was high 40's with a high today of around 75. Even a little rain. All in all the best allergy day I've had since April! Of course summer doesn't start 'till next week! Baz, in Flagstaff you're trapped on that mountain. If you come down you will melt. Hope you have provisions! If not, we can always trade rocks for food!

Ha ha! Yes, in the summer I find the highest tree and climb it as I can't stand heat!
PS I eat rocks.
