i'm going to need a summer vacation after summer vacation! just as i'm thinking i see some daylight from softball season, softball camp, art camp, bible school, tennis lessons, a million birthday parties, whoops we missed basketball camp.......  . this is wearing me out! i want a real vacation! kim |

Then Take ONE!!!!! We used to run into the same problem- Now Every Friday night we head out to our campsite- We have no cell service there (we have to drive up the road about a mile to get service) We refused to have cable tv (we can pick up one locl station- kinda) and no internet!!! Just me and the family- and ma nature (well ok we do have a 32 ft travel trailer with all the bells and whistles- and we did build a deck). We come home SUnday night (usually around 6 pm) and get back into the daily grind- but for 2 days it is pure Heaven!!!

stefan usually we go to dauphin island alabama but there isn't much left there and it will be a long time before they are truly ready for guests again. i need a beach!

Aww poor Kimmy, school starts in another 10 weeks or so then you'll get some rest. It is amazing how fast the kids can wear a person out though.

Holy smokes Kim, you're going to be a busy beaver this summer! We (actually the kids) just wrapped up baseball, Cub Scouts and soccer for the summer. My son asked my wife yesterday what they are going to do. After naming some boring stuff - for the kids anyway- my son mentioned that he is on vacation and doesn't want to be bored LOL.
I know what you what you mean about a million birthday parties. The week end before last, my son was invited to four birthday parties! And, my daughter has one this weekend.
Hang in there, as Cher so politely noted, only 10 more weeks of summer LOL.

Give Sands the keys, a couple hundred bucks, a schedule, and tell him you'll be back in a week. Come out to Utah and Stevo and I will take you hounding.....LOL.
I hear you about all the "stuff". I think things will wear down here in the next week and we can concentrate on sleeping in, playing, getting in trouble, and making a mess. No camps here for my kids. Just fishing camp, rock collecting camp..etc.
