Welcome aboard- lets get you caught up- OK nobody knows where Shorty is- There used to be a guy named ANDY who was the moderator- then he supposedly changed his name to MARK (we think something else happened but are not sure- if you read the post about the truth being out you will understand) and tinfol hats need to be shiny side in (ummm not sure what that is about but it has to do with electricals and such) Hope this does not scare you off oh I loved your slabs!

I'll be 46 next month... Kinda like it. I feel, I don't know, wise, I guess. Life experience is priceless. Some of us have had more than our fair share. But, by golly, we've come out the better for it cookie

I'm smack dab (as we say in the south) in the middle of my mid life crisis. On my 40th birthday I got my naval pierced. For 46 (next month), I'm thinking of having the Chinese symbol for "Karma" tatooed on my left shoulder. Have really been wanting to do that for a long time. Fortunately, rocks, not red sports cars and fast men, became my obcession. And just in time ;D

46 going on 12 here! ;D At 40 I got a bike and have been bicycling ever since. Lost 50 pounds and am a fitness nut now. But, I can't cut the bad food and my couch potato lifestyle. I just ride and burn more cals than I consume.

I'm with agatenut on the mental/physical age thing. I'm 17/43. I need to get started with the biking, though.
