my gosh that rollbar on the lawnmower just almost caused me to pop completely over backwards! now the thing is all stuck up in the tree lol. skeeters were eating me and i can't figure out what to do about it so i guess i'll get on another lawnmower until i get it stuck in a tree too. somebody should have warned me that the branches need to be higher than the rollbar. i just assumed when i ducked everything behind me was ok. NOT!

lol it's back almost on the ground. one front wheel isn't quite touching and i'm guessing that's why it won't crank. or at least i'm hoping. i was thinking after i broke one branch and it came back down that i could back it off that other branch but i can't get it to crank. i think it's in neutral and i tried to push it backwards but it is too heavy for me. it took me 30 minutes to figure out how to crank the thing and i didn't want to call and ask my hubby as he might tell me to stay off of it. wonder why? you think it will crank if i saw that other branch off?

i sawed the branches off - 3 of them and it still won't crank. just makes a clicking sound.
and i told you earlier cher i wasn't going to mess with it. just couldn't leave well enough alone lol.

ya need a jumpstart on the battery...or check to make sure the cables are good and tight on the battery.
If all else fails..hook a chain tot he mower and the other end to the car....heehee....and give it a pull out of the tree....
Also..is the blade still engaged? Mine has all kind of safty switches on it and if the blade is ingaged it willnot start....

Do you have to be sitting(safety switch under seat) on it maybe? Them buggers got safety switches all over the place! Good luck, Bill

Yeah Kim Check the safety switch. Also I think Bill better install a safety switch on you.
Sure glad I'm not your lawn mower. But I'm also happy you were not hurt. Got to teach that mower to duck.

whew! he got it cranked. we just got it back monday. they ought not make lawnmowers that have to have a rollbar. it was a cool wheelie though lol. hubby said "13 acres with plenty of wide open area and you have to get under the trees".
ok i'm going to empty some rocks out of barrels now. i can't hurt anything there i don't think.

lol wiz i bet you would not want to let me pull you with that turbo mower. rollbar on a mower - that's a dead giveaway too many men were involved in the creation of that..
