Okay I'm addicted, and yes I have a problem. I just got my first(?) Model B. It's my third Thumbler tumbler and the first to come with more detailed instructions. My other two came with very rudimentary instructions. The Model B instructions talk about an Anti-Rotation Dog is in the "up" position. The other two tumblers never said anything about this and I've been running those for 5 straight months. I looked at my other two tumblers and they were in the down position. My questions are: 1. What the heck are these things? 2. What are they used for? 3. Why didn't my other two tumblers say anything about them? TIA Oh and thanks to whomever that was that talked about shimming the tumbler for smooth rolling of the barrel on the rollers. Works like a charm. JC

hi JC hope all is going well --- i have three of the model B-s and the only thing i can see they do is stop the plastic bearing from turning so as long as there pointing up when you snap them in you will be doin fine and give them a drop or two of oil on each end

My model T has the same things and the directions state that they must be in the upright position- but they stated that there was no need to oil them on the model T (I oiled them anyway)
