Mojo & I took a drive today up towards Mt. St. Helens. Our first pic is at a walking bridge on the North Fork of the Lewis River. Here's another couple of pics in same area. I think the rock formations are great. Looks like the gods threw thundereggs down there Huh? i72.photobucket.com/albums/i186/181lizard/DSC00122.jpg[/IMG]The next 3 pics are an area called Yale Reservoir and Lake Merwin. It's soooo beautiful here. Temp never got below 94 while we were driving. And here's final pic for now. I got about 30 miles from Mt. St. Helens before I had to turn back cause it was getting late. It was horrible to get out of the car to take pic's cause there were bees EVERYWHERE, they'd dive bomb me as soon as I got out of the car. Besides that, they were the size of volkswagons! I was excited when I realized that in pic #6, I got what I'm pretty sure is a cinder cone? There's a few around our immediate area & when I was driving, I noticed this shape. Tried to get a good pic of it but I couldn't seem to get the right parking spot. When I was downloading these, I realized I had gotten it anyway. This sucker is VERY steep. I hope you like the view!

Great pics, Mt. St. Helens looks like an awesome area to live in! ...well, excepting the possibility that an active volcano could kill you

Here he is KD! He decided to after the elusive dreaded stick here at Yale! I didn't resize this as I wanted everyone to be able to read what it says... And here's the boulder it was talking about with Mojo. It's at least 10-11 feet tall and 18-20 ft wide. Kinda hard to imagine this as a little rock in a gigantic slurry pot!
