A family member has recently been deployed to Iraq, is currently in Kuwait. Only 27 yrs old, a National Guardsman, he's working the supply lines there. His unit just had its first casualty when a Humvee was hit by a roadside bomb. It was 137 degrees in Kuwait yesterday.

I need as many candles, prayers and good positive thoughts for him (his name is JR Ponzer) and all the other troops involved in this hideous thing as I can muster.

Pray that they come home whole and quickly.
