This is for USA voters, times a coming and i know many are thinking about it. I couldn't find a all in one site for each state, but this link will get you real close if you not sure what your state is doing.

If you search for "early voting, your state" many results come back with further detailed information and direct access to request or find out were you can vote early. Here in Arizona,

they are really on the ball in getting the info out and making it real easy for everyone to vote. The link breaks it down by county and will provide everything you need to get it done in person or by mail.
govote.org has good info and provides a simple site were you can registar or get info about Volunteering in your neck of the woods.
