Don't you wish you could reach through the phone and slap them. I hear 1210 AM on my phone and verison says they will be out on Saturday to look at it. they have to call me back on my cell phone because they can not hear me on my house phone because of the radio coming through. then they ask me why i need service.

HEHEHE Verizon HATES me- We have underground lines that get water or mice in them- I tell them right where it is and what the problem is (because my service guy is way cool and explained what is going on to me) they say that can't be and blah blah blah I'm just the customer- Blah blah blah- and How do I know that it is not inside (the tech guy should me how to test the inside line) and blah blah blah gonna have to charge me if it is found to be inside (yea right like I'm gonna let them fix an insode problem). Hehehe I have correctly diagnosed our phone problem for the last 2 YEARS!!!!! Yup they do hate when I call and let them know what the problem is- and tell them exactly where the bad line is !

That's bizarre.. AM radio over your house phone?? Never heard of that one before...so I did a quick search.. apparently it's not uncommon but very difficult to resolve as it could be anything in the phone lines acting as an antenna... It looks like you can actually purchase a device that will eliminate RF interference.... Here's a link to more info on the phenom.... www.sandman.com/rfbull.htmlGood Luck
