Hey Jack, those are some really lovely pics! I agree with you, I am constantly reading and learning to do new things. My philosophy is use it or lose it. Best defense of a tired mind is to give it a work out every day.
Ron
ps. Color is disappearing fast here. I wanted to get some photos of the trees in change, but it's been raining and I wanted some sun to light up the forest. The constant rain als0 has a tendency to knock the leaves off of the trees as well.

Brilliant Jack!
Yep, need to head up in the mountains here to snap some pics of the Aspens and Oaks before the colors are gone.

Very pretty, Jack. But during all that rain, were you out on the gravel bars and parking lots?

Hi Ron and all Thanks for the reply's
We havent got into the real Autum colours yet and never get the colours that you get in the USA I was over there in Ohio in the 80's for 6 weeks and was amazed at the colours.
Spacegold I was out in the rain doing a plumbing job on the house (I had cut off my wifes heating to her craft room) so I HAD to fix it before WWar 3 broke out !!!!!!!!!!!! (you know the feeling you get ) ?? lol
Well the last lot of scaffolding is going up on the building as I write this

Wow, most of my potted flowers are gone......but my cosmos are going crazy right now! The petunia (I'm assuming) in the first photo, I can't believe how long it is! You must have had the right everything this season! Beautiful flowers and beautiful photos!

Hi takilasunrise, Yes the Surfinia Petunia is good But I have had better We had a drought this year and very hot weather when we were on holiday and they got a bit frizzled up
I got them in late Febuary though and grew them on and plenty of plant food every watering
