Dan have you looked in to full disk replacment it is what I have and it is a more moble unit so movement is much better? This is a grate site for all back problems. Xena I hope things are getting better for the two of you.

after being hit from behind while stopped a light, i had four of these shots right where your neck meets your back. i could not do any thing over my head or with my arms up without my neck cramping up. but now i just have a little numbness in my hands the next day. they worked great for me
