They sound like faceting laps for final polishing. The blue would be titanium oxide, about 50 micron, the red is phenolic and used diamond charging. They are considered final laps. Do they have a center hole, or they solid?

To be honest, if you are asking questions it is not time. The diamond polish, not adhesive, is lightly put on a lap and while the lap is spinning spread with the finger. These laps are for final polishing. The laps produce a razor sharp facet corner. The laps might get surface cracks, but the diamond will not get old. It is worth it to hang on to these for when you can utilize them. They will come in handy. If you used them on a tumbled stone, you wouldn't even see the polish point. The lap is turned at 800rpm, and the flatter the fact, the larger the polish point.
