What the !@#%$ ?
How do it know?
That is bizzare, someone explain how that works, there has to be a scientific explanation.

Alright, I've done it about 5 times and every time it is right. This is freaky. Of course I am easily freaked out, (read: airhead?) so will someone explain how it is done?

This is a little weird. I did go through it twice without picking a number, and it gave me a different answer each time, when in reality there was no answer.

I went through it 5 times. It was right the first 4, then on the last time I deliberately looked at the wrong symbol - and it still got it right!!!!!!
That is quite strange. Maybe it works better on simpletons like I.

Cool trick! It took me about four times through before I caught it!
Choose four different numbers to start. In the end when you choose the symbol, all of the second batch of numbers have the same symbol - in my case: 18, 27, 81, 36.
They switch the symbols around each time to confuse you...it's a different symbol that you're staring at rather than the same symbol so it takes a bit. In my case, I had problems finding 81 which made me catch the duplicate symbols. Then I had to do it one last time to verify what I thought I saw!

10-19 will always be 9 54 20-29 == 18 63 30 -39 == 27 72 36 81 45 will be a multitle of 9 then if those symbols are always the same ( by switching them ) it will always be right

Ahhhhh, at first I thought "that's amazing!!" Now I'm amazed that no matter what number you pick, it always ends up being a multiple of nine. (amazed that I didn't know this until now) ;D
