I am sorry I have not been on much this is a quick hello to let you know why I went MIA  We have had cold cold and more cold well it makes my back very bad I had to go on a pain pump and it is just not good to sit at the comp I miss you-all very much and hope to be back on broad soon Take care and know that I truly miss each and everyone of you! Be sure to tell your Dr. that the Tx. heat will do wonders for your back.

ohhhh, Cina. Back pain is such a drag. I wish there were some way to help. I hope the pump works well for you. We'll miss your fun posts if you have to be down for awhile, but look forward to seeing you here whenever you feel up to it. Very best wishes for you.

sorry to hear that steph i dont have to use a pump yet but i do eat pain killers all day -- i kept goin south hopein for warm weather all year for my back haha i like it hear but it can get mighty cold at nite in the desert its been in the 20's --- but anyway hope ya feel better real soon

Cina: Sorry to hear about your back. I have seen some of the temps in Wyoming and was wondering if you may have "FROZEN" I notice you haven't been on in awhile. I read that the webcam at Old Faithful is out of order because the temp was at 42 below................Burrrrrrr. No wonder it froze. I hope that your back gets better soon. In Georgia it has been in the 70's the past few days but today it is dropping. A big freeze for us at 32 in the morning..... Take Care !!! Still Digging in the Dirt !!! GaRock (Frank)

Well still fighting the cold I have been up a bit today I even went out for about 10 mins it is about 24 today a heat wave I am missing you all so much I hope everyone is well. Stay well and know I am thinking of you-all often

Oh boy, the snow and cold moved back in last nite so wrap up in an extra blanket until Tuesday. That's the next time it's supposed to get above freezing. Just keep hanging in there Steph!

Crap Steph!
Being on a pain pump has got to be a drag, but if it works...
Sometimes it breaks my heart to watch my Mom. In her late 40', early 50's...she fell down some steps. Fast forward to today...Her old compression fracture almost makes it impossible for her to function. She eats pain pill likes Ju Ju Bees & with all her other medical conditions she has...her quality of life kinda sucks. Doc's say there's nothing more to be done given her age & complications.
Did you have trauma to your back or is it genetic?
(I'll probably take some __it for this...but I think you need a healing rock to keep you company! I'll see what I can find!)
Call me crazy...but rocks ALWAYS make me feel better!

Oh Steph. I'm sorry to hear about your back. I know how that feels when you get cold and have a bad back. I have one from a car accidenta few years ago. Heat. That's why I live in Florida. Natural heating pad. Wish I could put it in a box and send it your way! Hang in there and I hope it warms up soon for you!! Tonja |

I got home from the hospital today to find a box from Jeremy today I was all smiles Hubby got a lap top for me to use so I can talk to you all at this time I cant walk so had to have some not fun stuff done so I can be at home But the good news I get to talk to all my friends on RTH again! Liz I broke my back in 04 at work and this is the frist year that the cold has been this bad I may have to move just not to sure what to do Florida and Texas are sounding better all the time but can't see leaving my home I love it in Wyoming I can not thank you all enough for all you do THANK YOU Frezzing in Wyoming Steph |
