I used to heat canned food up next to the turbo on the semi when I drove OTR. Stop to pee, put the can out there, stop 75 miles later for more coffee and get the hot food from the motor. Nothing better than a can of hot ravioli driving down the road on a winter night.

Tweetie I laughed so hard I woke grandma up! I have a couple of pictures of a old gf and her friend that had happened to, it never failed to make us laugh even harder when someone brought them up.
E.D. and Baz When I was a kid and working for DOT we did the same thing, lay a can on the manifold and three hours later it was ready to eat. Four if plowing snow.
I can't believe no one brought this up: Either we are betting cheated here in Kansas or those eggs are abnormally large.

I must be a sissy trucker, I'm looking for one of those electric ice chests for my truck that keep stuff warm too! (homemade chorizo and eggs in the morning and chili in the evening sound better than Jack in the Box anyday!)
