hubby put out some bird feed and my heavens he called up 10,000 blackbirds and a fleet of robins. i saw a couple of red birds and doves but really hard to see through the blackbirds and robins. this many birds can surely not all eat at the one feeder so the pasture is just full of birds in waiting i guess. couldn't get a shot as he's too fast but this seems to be the buffet for the hawk . he has been diving every time i have gone out! i went out to watch and make sure he didn't get my friend squirrel. in the process i saw a woodpecker and was getting a pic when the woodpecker disappeared like something was bothering it. squirrel wanted his pic taken so he ran off the woodpecker then i decided to take pics of the robins but the squirrel ran over there too lol kim

Nope, he's a greedy little boy squirrel!
Now I know where all of my robins are, would you please send them home. What the heck? You have little tiny flowers blooming already? Look at that green grass too. WAHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhh I want green grass and robins too.

he took the top off the light on the outside of the shop to make sure it wasn't a feeder. i caught him and he started to run but when i started talking to him he stopped and just listened. then he eased up a tree where he could see me better and kept listening. what a cutie!

Nice to look at the pics Kim, while I'm sitting here in the blizzard. We still have power. But half our city doesn't have power. Sure hope ours doesn't go out as it will get cold real fast around here! Burr!

Ha ha! Your squirrel's a ham! Give him a peanut. Feed those robins so they have the strength to fly back up here where we need them! Hang in there Debs! Stay warm and comfy.
